How to Order

You can shop at Joyology two ways: order ahead online for in-store pickup, or walk in. Both work at Joyology Lake Orion, on Bald Mountain Rd in Auburn Hills, and at Joyology Mt. Clemens. Every Joyology store is 21+, so bring a valid government-issued photo ID either way.

Online ordering for in-store pickup

Ordering ahead lets you choose from the live menu before you leave home, then pick up in store. It takes four steps.

Step 1: Pass the 21+ check

The site asks you to confirm you’re 21 or older before the menu opens.

Step 2: Choose your store

Pick Joyology Lake Orion or Joyology Mt. Clemens. Each store has its own live menu, and some brands are carried at only one of them, so choose the store you’ll pick up from before you fill your cart.

Step 3: Browse the live menu and check out

Filter by product type, brand, strain or price, add what you want to your cart and place your order. Deals vary by store, so check today’s Joyology specials before you order, and ask the store how deals apply to your order.

Step 4: Pick up in store

The store lets you know when your order is ready. Then come in and collect it at the store you chose.

In-store pickup

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID that shows you’re 21 or older. The store checks it before you collect your order, including orders you placed online. Here is each store’s address, phone number and hours:

Walk in, no order needed

You don’t need an online order to shop. Walk in during store hours, and a Blissologist, one of Joyology’s budtenders, will answer your questions and fill your order on the spot. Ask about formats, strains, what’s new on the menu or how a product is used.
